Coaches and team reps Wanted
Crosfields ARLFC is Warringtons biggest rugby league club, all of our teams are run by volunteers and we need more of them.
With some 19 teams all playing out of Crosfields ARLFC we are always on the look out for volunteers to help with coaching and organising games.
Coaches
Absolutely no experience is required however it would be a bonus as would a love for Rugby League and a desire to work with young people.
Crosfields can offer you the opportunity to work within one team and build up a rapport with the players and other staff. Crosfields will help with your coaching education from gaining the required level 1 or level 2 coaching badge to regular in house coaching clinics and workshops.
Our coaches are also regularly invited to Workshops hosted by Warrington Wolves and Warrington service area which will aid with coach development.
A pathway is available through the Warrington Service are for coaches who would like to gain further experience by working with representetive squads at different age groups.
Crosfields currently have some 9 coaches on various pathways with Service Area and Scholorship.
Coaches must pass an advanced CRB check to be able to work with our young players.
Team Reps
Our team reps are the glue that hold our sides together, they do all the work organising games, ordering and organising kit, collecting and paying in subs, dealing with referees and oposition teams and even filling in team sheets.
The club already have a rake of wonderful team reps who are more than willing to help ne comers out and show them the ropes before being let loose with their own team.
No experience is required, all training is provided.
