Crosfields are a forward thinking club and when it came to the change in coach licensing and the addition of all coaches having to do the safeguarding course set about getting all of our coaches to do the course.

Last night 20 Coaches involved with coaching kids and youth teams at the club took part in a 3 hour workshop looking at how they think about quite a sensitive subject and how they can protect both the children and themselves whilst coaching.

All junior coaches at Crosfields have now sat this course and have now had their coaching badge extended for a further 3 years or until their CRB is due to be renewed if sooner.
