Crosfields JFC have introduced a RESPECT handshake to begin all mini-soccer games.

Just before kick off, both home and away teams will line up on the half way line and the visitors will walk along the Crosfields line shaking each players (and the referee's) hands.

This allows players to emulate their heroes in the Premier League and emphasises the respectful, sporting nature of our games.
