Successful start to Juniors coaching
The first session of Crostyx Juniors training, successfully took place in glorious sunshine on Saturday 10 September at Peter May centre.
A mix of new and established players turned up on a lovely Autumn morning to be coached by Martin Foxall and Andy Moncur, level 4 and level 2 Hockey Association coaches.
Helped by members of the mens and ladies sides, the children, whose ages ranged 7 to 13 from were shown the basics and some new skills.The session was topped off by a high spirited game enjoyed by all.
The home astro pitch at the Peter May Centre is the location for the Woodford Wells based Crostyx Hockey club. Sessions run each week from 9.30 to 11am, junior hockey players of all levels are welcome.
