Croydon Hurricanes RLC

Dear Players and Parents,

Please see details for registration and membership of the Croydon Hurricanes RLC for the 2012 season. We will be holding our annual ‘Sign on Evening’ on Tuesday 7th February between 6-8pm at the Archbishop Lanfranc School. This is a great way to meet some of the other players and parents who will be part of the club. We will have tea & coffee available on the night and club representatives will be available to answer any questions you may have. The registration process is as follows:

Re-register Players (players who have previously played at the club)b]
On the sign on evening you will need
• Yourself to sign registration form.
• Parent or Guardian to sign registration form.
• £50 registration/membership fee for the season (staggered payment optional £10 minimum deposit)

New Players
On the sign on evening you will need
• 2 passport size photos.
• Proof of Identity birth certificate, passport, medical card etc.
• Parent or Guardian to sign.
• £50 registration/membership fee for the season (staggered payment optional £10 minimum deposit)

Membership Content
The Membership/Registration fee entitles you to:
• Level Two Qualified & CRB checked Coaches.
• All training sessions throughout the season.
• League and Cup entry.
• Representative Opportunities.
• Match Day Food.
• Insurance cover and affiliation to RFL. (insurance cover is very broad and club suggests players have their own personal cover)
• A contribution to the general running of the club.
• Discounted ticket promotions.
• Membership of the Croydon Hurricanes RLC.

If you cannot make this evening not to worry, training will start on Tuesday 14th February from 6-7.15pm and the registration process will be in place then so bring what information is needed then.
