Culcheth Eagles A.G.M.
Wednesday 8th February 6.30pm start. at The Daten.
The AGM for Culcheth Eagles has been called for the 8th February 2012 at The Daten 6.30pm start.
All members of the club are welcome to attend and also to stand for a role on the committee .
Mr Phil Houghton has been nominated by Jon Mcleod and 2nd by Ian Pleavin to stand for chairman as present chairman Mr.Ian Pleavin is standing down.
Attached to this email is the Clubs Constitution with a change that has been proposed by Gary Eaves and 2nd by Phil Houghton that the date of the financial end of year will change from 31st May to the 31st December to bring the end of financial year in line with the change to summer rugby.
Anyone objections to the above changes please let it be know by the 8th February
