BT Finals Day - Information for Supporters

To all supporters heading to Murrayfield on Saturday 18th April for BT Finals Day, Cumnock V Alloa.

Supporters Buses
The buses will leave the clubhouse at 8.15am prompt, we would ask all supporters travelling on the buses to be at the club by 8am. Bus numbers and seat allocation will be displayed in the entrance hall to the clubhouse from Tuesday, 14th April. Please ensure you know which bus you are travelling on and please be seated promptly to allow the buses to leave on schedule. The buses will leave Murrayfield at 3pm, returning to the clubhouse at approximately 4.45pm. All buses are now full. Bus lists are now in entrance hall in club. We apologise they cannot be scanned for website use.

Parking:
Public parking is available free of charge in the Saughtonhall Car Park which can be accessed via Saughtonhall Avenue, over Saughtonhall Bridge, on a first come first served basis. A separate area within this car park will be for supporters coaches.

Catering:
A public bar will be available in the Thistle Suite, access through Thistle 2 suite located in the Northwest corner of the stadium. There will be bars and catering units located within the stadium.

Ground Rules:
Flags and banners are permitted however flag poles should be no longer than one metre long. Spectators, player’s families, etc should refrain from entering the playing or presentation areas. The Scottish Rugby Union continue to promote responsible drinking at the stadium and as such would remind clubs to encourage their supporters to drink responsibly whilst enjoying themselves. Only sealed plastic bottles of water or soft drinks up to 500 mls can be brought into the stadium, however, no cans or alcohol will be permitted. Please note that bag and jacket searches will be in operation. The Scottish Rugby Union have the right to refuse entry or eject anyone who fails to comply with their ground regulations.

Tickets:
Ticket are £10 for adults and £5 for under 18’s, students and Senior Citizens. Tickets can still be purchased until Friday evening at club bar for anyone wishing to make their own transport arrangements to Murrayfield.

Scarves and Baseball Caps:
Specially printed scarves and caps are available for purchase from the clubhouse, there is a limited supply and these will be distributed on a first come, first served basis at a cost of six pounds each. Could all supporters try to wear red and black to give the players as much encouragement as possible and show our support for CRFC. All caps are now sold but another batch of scarves have been ordered and will be on sale at club bar from Thursday evening priced at £6.00 each, get them quick as there will be a limited supply.

General:
Scottish Rugby will be filming all finals and a copy of the match DVD will be sent to each team.

After Match Entertainment:
There will be entertainment provided at the clubhouse after the match and it would be appreciated if as many supporters as possible could stay and enjoy the evening in a show of support for the players and the amazing achievement of reaching Murrayfield.
