Cumnock Cougars are starting a MICRO rugby section.

Micro rugby is a NON-CONTACT introduction to TOUCH RUGBY specifically for boys and girls in P1-P3.

• Developing self confidence and fitness
• Making lots of new friends
• Having more FUN!!!
