As the size of the Mini Midi section has shown dramatic growth in recent years the management/collection of the monthly sub has become an onerous task on both coaches and administrators. The decision became inevitable that we had to introduce a process that facilitated a system that could be monitored and administered more efficiently.

The process that the section has selected is through the club website (Pitchero). This company offers a comprehensive fee payment package that ties into the club website through a secure service. (Uses a similar level of encryption used by the high street banks).

So what is the next step? ….

For the time being any parent should join the club website if not already a member – This is a simple process that will take a matter of minutes to complete. By clicking on the Join button located at the top right hand corner of the website homescreen. The club web address is

There will be Registration Events (details below) however we would request that ideally the parents/carers take care of this prior to the events. There will be facilities available on each of the following events where there will be assistance to complete your registration however early completion would be helpful

U15 and U16 Rugby – Thursday 18th August from 1830
Micro & Mini Rugby - Sunday 21st August from 1100

U13 & U14 Teams - Thursday 25th August from 1800

NOTE: When joining the website and you are asked about CHOOSING YOUR ROLE as a parent we would ask that you check PARENT box only if you have a child in the section (Whether you are mum/dad/granny/auntie/carer etc.) So long as you will be the person responsible for the payment of the child’s subs from your bank account.

Once you have joined the site you will then be able to complete your online payment for your club subscriptions.

The club annual membership fee for Cumnock Rugby Football Club remain unchanged for the 2016/17 season

Individual Child - £10.00
Family Membership - £25.00 (Parents and all children)

In addition to this the Mini Midi Section Subscription is £150.00* per year for all Mini/Midi players (£100.00* for Micro) these can be paid in two ways either

Lump sum one off payment of £150.00 (£100.00 micro)
OR
Monthly direct debits of £15.00/month (£10.00/m Micro)
(Either method can be selected during the application process)

Both the Club Membership and MINI/MIDI/MICRO Subscriptions can be paid online.

This is an exciting step forward for the club in terms of its administration.

What should you bring ...

The details required will be fairly run of the mill name, date of birth etc. You will need an Email address telephone number and the details of the bank account that you wish to make your payments from.

If you have any issues please come along to the registration events where any questions can be dealt with.

* The payments made to the Mini /Midi section contribute to covering the costs for the following

Coaching
Coaching equipment (balls, cones, bibs etc etc)
Coach Training
First Aid supplies
Hire of training and playing facilities
Buses to away Games (Mini upwards)
Match strip on game day
Match strip laundry costs
Food on match days at home
Contributions towards the upkeep of pitches and posts
Contributions towards maintenance and upkeep of the club facility

In addition to the above a small part of the funds collected contribute to the ongoing running costs of the Rugby Development Team which amongst many other things overseas all of the Primary and Secondary schools rugby in the area
