Another year over

Another year over image

It's been an eventful year for the club and it is already looking like 2012 will also bring it's share of trials and tribulations.

The annual awards dinner was well attended and contained the usual mix or recollections, humour and talking points for the season that was 2011. The 1sts were promoted to Division 1 for the first time but the 2nds and 3rds suffered relegation.

There was also the Christmas Raffle draw - lots of prizes, well done to all involved.

This Saturday sees the Bushy Xmas pub crawl - extra police have been drafted in from neighbouring counties as it could get messy.

On the cricker front the club again bids farewell to Matt Cluer who is seeking fame and fortune at Matlock again and takes with him ex-Cutthorpe Skipper and part-time player Nigel Kingham - but welcomes 3 exciting new signings that will definitely bolster the strength of the club as a whole and also bring down the average age of the 1st team as well and a very impressive Overseas signing for 2012 season.

Good luck to everyone in 2012
