History
Dagenham Rugby Club was established in 1991 by a group of friends who wanted to expand their love of the rugby ethos away from the drudgery of the other local clubs.
Since then the club has grown in numbers, strength and reputation as one of the finest senior sections in Essex
However the club committee have realised that rugby clubs grow because of their youth sections and so felt the time right to create our very own youth section and 2010 saw D's first ever youth match played by an u11s against a visiting Colchester side. And while the game ended in a very narrow 14-7 defeat for the mini D's it was the start of something special.
