Gareth Jones scored his 300th goal for Dalton United
Gareth Jones scored his 300th goal for Dalton United today in Daltons first defeat of the season, scoring two goals playing at BAC/ EE Springfields. Gareth has played for Dalton United in the West Lancashire League throughout his playing career except for a spell at Barrow FC and Kendal Town FC.
His acheivement is more outstanding as Gareth broke his neck in a Richardson Cup Semi-Final against Blackpool Wren Rovers three seasons ago and spent a year and a half out recovering from his injury.
