Pre-Season Training has been going very well so far guys, we have had very good numbers and continue to gather momentum for the start of the season.
We are now training twice a week, these sessions are free and great fun, please feel free to come along.
Tuesdays are fitness and cardio, where we employ the use of cross fit mini circuits, sprints and boxing circuits. The sessions run from 7pm on-wards at Stone Recreational ground on London road, Stone. The sessions are led by several experienced coaches are regularly attended a good number of players. This weeks session see's a fitness instructor in attendance to put us through our paces.
Thursday training is technical and run by the club coach, we focus on handling skills, fitness, set pieces, tackling, and much more. The sessions run from 7pm on-wards at Wilmington Academy, common lane, Wilmington, Kent.
