Parental Consent Form - This form must be completed for all players that play for Junior/Mini teams
Photo Consent Form - This form must be completed for all players that play for Junior/Mini Teams
17 Year Olds Playing Adult Rugby - This form must be completed for all 17 year olds that play Adult Rugby
Please note: When playing adult rugby, a 17 Year Old is not to play in the front row (this includes when uncontested).
