The meeting will consist of presentation of the club's accounts for the year 2013-14, election of club officials for 2014-15 and approval/rejection of proposed membership subscriptions for the forthcoming also. Please note that only Full, Life and Honorary members can vote on these issues.

The meeting will be followed by an informal Q&A. If you'd like to hear what is going on in the club / want any answers about any questions you may have this is the time to do it!

The meeting will start at 7pm; please make every effort to get down and support your club!
