If anything is testament to the dedication and commitment to a group of young players then look no further at this year's Under 16s. Age grade representative rugby is always something to be proud of for the individual and just as much so for their parents, coaches and club!

15 nominations (fully half the squad); 7 going to the 2nd trial and 5 selected for the final squad is for one club an absolutely brilliant achievement for all.
