U16s TAMED BY LIONS
he U16s exited the County Cup with a heavy 9-1 defeat at Washington Lambton Lions
TSC travelled through to Washington to play Lambton Lions in the
County Cup, and came up against a very physical well organised side
who inflicted a heavy 9-1 defeat. However the score line was harsh on
TSC who gave a good account from themselves and played some good
football. The lads didn't let their heads drop and gave their all till
the end. TSC started with a 4-3-3 formation but after 10 mins changed
back to 4-4-2 with Danny McIntrye and Josh Ward dropping to the wings,
and James Beauchamp moving upfront with Adam Brown to try and contain
the home side who were attacking down both flanks.
Managers MOM - Paul New, a captains performance from TSC own Captain
Marvel with a well taken goal as well
