Mini Matters Sunday 11th March 2018

Last weekend started off in style with 170+ people, (hopefully), enjoying a great night at Knebworth Barns for our 2018 Mini and Youth, Dinner and Dance…. it was a lovely evening and the early indications are that it was also a huge fund-raising success; thanks to everyone who helped make the evening and were so generous in support of the Club. Our sincere thanks to Cortina who again provided the live music… late on Friday! On Saturday our First XV had a brilliant home win against Stevenage Town winning 15-7 in front of a big crowd; and finally, on Sunday after the unwelcome and enforced rugby break due to the “Beast from the East”, it was great to finally get the Mini and Youth sections out on the rugby pitches on Sunday morning. It was a bit muddy but certainly playable and most age groups managed some game time with visitors from St Albans.
