Pre-season week 2
Week 2 of the pre-season and all squad players accounted for, and the new players have all returned with smiles on their faces and eager to learn.
This week the intensity was increased with all players rising to the challenge, the new tyre challenge tests the players endurance and mental strength and i am pleased to say all players came through successfully.
The players have their personal training plans and we look to see the improvements over the coming weeks,
The man of endeavour shirt was won by Josh Smith for outstanding effort over the evening, well done Josh.
Players catching the eye were Sam, Lewis, Callum, Billy, Matt, Kibb and Robbie all challenging for the shirt.
What will be the new challenge next week?
