The ladies produce a great performance in a 0-4 win

After the disappointment of losing last weekend, the ladies bounce back with a strong performance to win away 4-0

The town new they had to produce a good performance after last weeks lose, which they did. The ladies played Barlestone st giles who came out fighting with a few good chances that put the town on the back foot, but the ladies came straight back with some great work down the right and left wing peppering Barlestone goal, after consistent pressure from town a goal form a strong run down the right wing finished with a inch perfect cross for Lauren Roberts to score from close range.

From here on the town played there football in Barlestone half for most of the first half, with any attack from the home team stopped at will by town's defence. allowing the full backs to help with attacks which in turn produce some great phases of passing football. resulting in two more goals, Lauren Roberts got her brace and on Kerry Lucketts return an outstanding strike from 18 yards flying into the roof of the net from another great through ball form the midfield.

After the break the town where unlucky not to get another three or four but Barlestone put their body's on the line to get in the way of any shots from town, with only a few attacks from Barlestone once again with the towns defence stopping this with will. After a number of corners the ladies finally scored again from a pin point cross from Claudia Trotman for Emily Taylor to score from close range finishing the game on a high.
