Having been with Leicester City as a 16 year old, Joe moved to the South Coast with Southampton, where he signed a professional contract. After impressing in both their u18s and getting promoted to their u21s, Joe suffered a serious ligament injury. The 20 year old featured for both Brackley Town and Kettering Town in 2014/2015 before joining Town at the start of the 2015/2016 season.Squad
