• To establish a permanent and a professionally structured Men's Rugby team in the high desert area, spreading the sport of Rugby to new players and creating a sports fixture within the community.

• To gain main stream community attention within the high desert area.

• To build a solid base of players, making way for the opportunity to field multiple teams and support those teams with substitute players.

• To acquire a home pitch, centrally located in the area, as a permanent home for DRRC, with permanent fixtures.

• To become an organization that can sponsor and support other programs, community events and charitable institutions.

To create and maintain a culture of Rugby , growing the team to encompass all skill levels, genders and age groups of players.
