Club House Hire
The Deal and Betteshanger RFC Club House is available for hire for your private function or event.
The spacious Club room is ideal for holding business meetings, parties training events and along with our fully stocked bar the facility offers an ideal venue for any occassion. Download the booking form at the bottom of this page and contact the club for available dates.
Bookings will only be accepted from persons who are aged 18 years and over, and are members of the Club. The Club's Public Liability only covers members of the Club and their guests.
The link at the bottom of the page allows you to download the booking form.When fully completed the form must be SIGNED and returned to the bar complete with one cheque for hire payment and one cheque for the cleaning / breakages deposit. (Cheques made payable to Deal and Betteshanger Rugby)
Booking Fee Breakdown:-
Hire period 'A' 7.00pm - Midnight
Hire period 'B' Pre 7.00pm to be charged in addition to period 'A'
Members
Period 'A' £50.00 + VAT and £6 p/h per bar staff(1 x bar staff per 50 guests)
Period 'B' £12 per additional hour
Breakages & Cleaning deposit £50 (Refundable)
Guest / Friends
Period 'A' £80.00 + VAT and £6 p/h per bar staff(1 x bar staff per 50 guests)
Period 'B' £15 per additional hour
Breakages & Cleaning deposit £100 (Refundable)
Cleaning & Breakages
Deal & Bettshanger Rugby Club reserve the right to use the refundable deposit to repair any damages and carry out cleaning if required to include all areas hired as listed below:
Club room
WC's
All external windows and doors
Playing surfaces
Paths and Car Parks
