New Epos Tills - Membership Cards Required
To enjoy the reduction in Bar Prices offered to members the new members cards will now be required
The procedure is to hand your card over AT THE START of any transaction – if you remember it half way through you may be charged full price! Also, at the moment, it is not possible to “return” to a transaction once the “process sale” button has been pressed so late / forgotten orders will require a second card swipe.
The new tills will be going live this weekend so get your membership cards ready for next week end to enjoy the extremely generous reductions
Please Note If you already pay by Standing Order, Direct Debit,are a life member, become a member of the club through sponsorship or donations or filled out a form last season we still need you to fill out a new form for the simple purpose of entering current and correct details into the Epos database and issue you with your new membership card. Your co-operation in this matter is appreciated.Membership forms are available behind the bar or download and print one off from this site.
Sue Mahoney will be available Saturday and Sunday if anyone needs help and to process your cards.
If you have already filled in your form your card is now waiting for you behind the bar please see me (Jo Crews) and i'll will issue it.
I am sure there will be other procedural efficiencies we will try to build in so please bear with us whilst any issues are ironed out and the system is bedded down.
