Bassinder Silences Westville!
DVFC continued there unbeaten run and quest for the Premiership Title with an easy 5-2 victory against Westville at Manvers..
Westville turned up with a large following and with the intention of an upset but in fairness they were no match for the Super Dearne Valley.
Goals from Man of the Match Adam Stead, Simon Asquith, Joshua Moore and a brace from Gavin Bassinder secured the well earned 3 points. Bassinder silenced the Westville fans who had been giving him some stick throughout the game with a delightful left foot finish to make it 5-2.
Dearne entertain Groves Social next week.
