Sevens success at Moray

On Sunday 22nd May, our 7s team travelled to Moray RFC to take part in their tournament.

The team won 4 out of 6 of our games, coming joint second with Mackie at the end of the round robin (despite beating them in the head to head) but narrowly missed out on the final due to the number of tries scored (17 for Mackie compared to 16 for Deeside).

That meant the team was competing with the hosts for the plate which was won by a handsome margin.

Also an opportunity to show off our brand new 7s tops!!! #beatersforlife
