Jaffa [ James Drury] resigned purely for personal reasons.
He has only had the one season as Reserve Team manager and not only has he won the Reserve League in some style but has done so by introducing a string of younger players throughout the season some of which have played when only 16 or 17 years of age. They have, undoubtedly, benefited from such an introduction to senior football.
James has shown both courage and guile when making his team selections and it is with regret that Denbigh Town FC have had to accept his resignation and sincerely hope he will remain with the club as he has so much to offer.
