Bradford announce the launch of ‘Robbie’s Big 10’ events which will celebrate the Bradford Bulls Foundation supporting the community game

Bradford Bulls Chief Executive and Foundation trustee Robbie Hunter-Paul, will join fellow fundraisers to partake in a host of charity events from February to November of next year – including a skydive from thousands of feet!

The efforts will help raise vital funds for the Bradford Bulls Foundation and a range of local and national charities.

Hunter-Paul and colleagues will take part in a tandem skydive, a Casino themed night and a World Record Challenge amongst many more activities.

The ‘Big 10′ also sees the return of the ‘Sleep Out’, after the success of the 2014 challenge, which saw over £11,000 raised for Centrepoint and the Bradford Bulls Foundation.

The Bradford Bulls Foundation exists to provide positive activities and experiences to adults and children, regardless of gender, religious belief, cultural heritage or ability.
The Foundation uses the power of Bradford Bulls and sport to educate, motivate and inspire the local community.

Over 40,000 people have benefited from The Bulls Foundation, which is based at the Provident Stadium, Odsal, this year, with over 1,000 individuals invited to take part in gameday activities.

“The year 2015 will see The Bulls Foundation celebrate 10 years of making a positive difference in Bradford,” said Hunter-Paul.
“To commemorate this milestone I want to invite you to join me and other Bradford personalities in ‘Robbie’s Big 10′.
“The series of charity events and activities will see funds raised to support the development of rugby league for children in our region – alongside supporting a host of other local and national charities.”

Foundation Manager Mark Winder added: “The mission of the Bulls Foundation is to ignite enthusiasm and passion to replace low self-esteem, limited ambitions, anti-social behaviour and exclusion with positive lifestyles, healthy nutrition, education and caring about others.
“For Ten years the Foundation has worked with and involved the community in various projects. We hope as many people as possible will join us in 2015 as we celebrate making a positive difference”.
