ROLLS ROYCE V DERWENT 2NDS
Victorious Derwent brush Rolls Royce aside.
Derwent were finally able to field one of their strongest starting 11 of the season, with only Simon Taylor missing and Ben Morton dropping himself due to being drunk in charge of a hockey team last week.
Steve Shortland got one goal, Max Morris managed to steal Kyle Hunt’s effort on the goal line to increase his seasons tally following the move of the game with blistering one touch passes from Jack, Kane and Kyle decimating the Rolls Royce midfield and defence.
A Brace by inform Andy McKeown hopefully made up for West Broms defeat on Sunday by Man United.
Returning Matthew Higginson also managed to get on to the scoresheet completing the goal fest.
Ed Berry had to make some good saves early on to stop Rolls Royce increasing their goal tally following their equaliser in the first half, but once the Derwent third goal went in the game started to descend in to a bad tempered affair with both captains being warned to take their teams aside to calm down the situation.
With only Buxton left as the last game of the season lets finish on a high note – who knows we may finally get a clean sheet?
