Monday evenings 19:00 to 20:00 @ Total Rebuild Fitness (Strength & Conditioning)
Wednesday evenings from 18:00 (winter - DHS Crumb from 19:00 till 20:00)
Saturday mornings from 10:00 when no game arranged.
Other training e.g. strength & conditioning/gym will be advised as and when it is available.
