The youth registration form is to be completed for all players before playing any match for the 2011/12 season. Completed form should be returned to Laura Woolaway via Parent Reps or any committee member.

Volunteers are an important part of the club and like all other members have need to ensure they abide by the attached guidleines to ensure that all players enjoy playing RUgby at Devonport Services.

To ensure we all support the players the following Code of Conduct outlines suport required from all parents and guardians of Devonport Services Youth players.
Coaches Terms of Reference and Responsibilities
The lead coach of each age group is responsible for the development of his team with the support of assistant coaches and the age group parent rep.
Code of Conduct for Players 2011-12 Season
The players code of conduct is to be followed by all youth members of Devonport Services.

The parent rep is the link between the players and parents and the coaching team and Youth Committee.
