Club Referee Course
Following the success of last season's Referee course we intend to hold another referee course in the New Year.
Last season 8 players, coaches and members completed the Entry Level Referee Award and are now enjoying refereeing for the club for the younger age groups (U7s - U12s). With the recent news that we have again been asked to host a Devon Festival we intend to hold another course in the New Year to get more referees, not just for the Festival but to support the club throughout the season. The course will be run over 4 nights, probably between 6:30 and 9:30, in January and February.
The cost of the course will be met by the club and we will provide a strip for all our referees which is theirs to keep but ask that they referee matches for at least a season in return.
We need at least 6 volunteers so if you think you are interested please contact Rob Pond for further details.
