Referee Abuse is on the increase & mainly to junior refs. Automatic fines of £150 will be handed out to ANYONE found guilty.
This fine can only be reduced to £100 if those found guilty attend a Touchline Conduct Course but if they do not then the full amount will be enforced.
Should a Touchline Manager be found guilty of referee abuse they will also receive a £150 fine and their ID badge will be suspended until they attend the same course or if the severity warrants removed permanently.
