Didcot Town return home tomorrow afternoon for Non-League Day as the railwaymen host Hertford Town in the FA Trophy Preliminary Round. (3pm kick off) The visitors currently reside in the Bostik South Central Division which is the Isthmian equivalent of the Railwaymen's division. Hertford currently sit in 6th place which is nigh on solely down to their excellent home form again very similar to the Railwaymen.
For Didcot manager Andy Ballard welcomes Aaron Woodley and Callum McNish back to the squad however Matt Woodley still remains sidelined by injury and centre back Luke Carnell will be unavailable for Saturday's game. This will almost certainly mean a defensive reshuffle for Didcot as natural replacement Stuart Cattell departed in the week for Thatcham Town.
While Didcot were poor last time out at Marlow in the Berks and Bucks Cup the Railwaymen will be buoyed by their outstanding home form having won all but one of their home matches in all competitions the other one being a draw which Didcot lost on penalties to Hitchin Town. Didcot have already won one game in this competition having beaten Thamesmead Town 3-1 in the Extra Preliminary round to setup tomorrow's game.
It's Non-League Day so please come down and support the lads if you can in this crucial FA Trophy game, please note for all supporters that Cup rules apply (Season Tickets are not valid) so it will be pay on the gate for everyone tomorrow. Normal admission prices apply.
