It's back to league football for the Railwaymen this weekend as we make the long trip to Yaxley on Saturday looking to extend our recent good form. The hosts currently find themselves in mid-table with 3 wins and 6 defeats from their 9 games they did however have an eye catching 3-2 victory away at high flyers Corby Town in the FA Trophy last weekend. Yaxley currently are the 2nd highest scorers in the division but also have the 2nd leakiest defence so it looks likely to be an action packed contest!
As for the Railwaymen, manager Andy Ballard welcomes Luke Carnell back to Saturday's squad after the central defender missed last weekend's win over Hertford, Didcot will however still be without Matt Woodley who hasn't recovered yet from a knee injury his brother Aaron bizarrely had the same injury but he is available having fully recovered. Callum McNish was sent off after the final whistle last weekend and he starts his 3 game ban so he will also not be making the trip on Saturday.
For supporters there is a coach running on a first come first served basis and it will depart the Loop at 10:30am so please arrive early if you wish to travel. It costs £15 per person.
