Please remember that during all of this time the children remain the responsibility of their adult and we ask that you ensure that the children remain within the club building for the entire party duration.

Christmas Party Update

Sunday, 16th December

Disco 1 – 3pm.

Please bring the children to the Sports Hall for 1pm. Each child’s hand will be stamped upon presentation of their ticket. This will permit entry to the disco and seeing Santa.

Children will then be called in age groups and taken to Santa’s Grotto.

After seeing Santa, the children will be taken to the Function Room for food and then returned to the Sports Hall.

Party food can be delivered to the Function Room prior to training/the match. Please note that we are catering for approximately 180 children so please bear this in mind when making your donation.

If your child suffers from an allergy please bring appropriate food for them as your donation.

By way of a reminder, food duties are as follows:

U6s – Fruit
U7s and u8s – Buffet Food
U9s – Desserts and Sweets
U10s – Sandwiches
U11s – Pizza and Quiche and Crisps
