Town take a point.
Not a great game, little to talk about but there is another point on the board.
DTFC team: Luke Hands, Tom Fairweather, Jordan Beech, Greg Ramsden, Danny Lindley, Liam Tinsley, Liam Kay, Lewis Pearce, Liam Cartledge, John Mellor.
Yorkshire Amature team: Danny Trueman, John Cullen, Craig Maynard, Freddie Swales, Richard Gaffey, Tom Marsden, Danny Forest, Ben Roffe, Jodey Ibrahim, Tom Hicks.
Fit again Andy Sykes and Danny Hoyland were not named in todays squad, which shows the quality in-depth that is available to Manager Steve Toyne at the moment.
First half there were few chances made apart from a 25 yard free kick that was powerfully hit by Danny Reet on 42 minutes that went through the Ammers wall, the keeper had to parry the shot but the defence cleared the ball.

Town tried to take the initiative by bringing on McKenzie and Roper to bolster the attacking force on 70 minutes but things didn't improve, the change probably gave Ammers their best spell of the game. 77th minute Tom Marsden suprised the Dinnington defence and his own players with a free kick that went just wide of the post.
The game fizzled out with both teams happy with a point.
Like watching paint dry a supporter said after the game but it's a point......far better than what we would have hoped for a few weeks ago.
