A Nuffield Health-y start to 2012!
New Club Sponsors for 2012 Nuffield Health helped the senior squad kick start pre-season like never before with fitness tests at Nets last Thursday
The Chairman was at the first winter net practice to meet Nuffield General Manager, Richard Whitaker and two of his fitness team.
The Nuffield fitness team ran a multi-stage fitness test (the dreaded bleep test to most of us) to bench mark the squad as winter training kicks in. Standing out as the two to catch were Shaun 'the machine' Smith and first team regular Marky Ludlow - well done boys!
Nuffield will be opening their doors to Dinton CC members on a Wednesday evening 7-745pm to help Club members, playing and social, get in shape for the new season. You don't have to be a Nuffield member to attend the class - so come and get involved. Call or email Mike 07850052077, captain1@dintoncc.co.uk if you would like to join in.
