GB Ladies into Champions Trophy semi-final

Great Britain women's Champions Trophy semi final match against Germany will now take place at 20:30 GMT on Saturday, not 23:00 as originally scheduled.
Fans will be able to see the match live on the BBC Red Button from 20:30 GMT. The match will also be shown on Eurosport 2 with a delayed start at 21:00 GMT. Eurosport will also show coverage of the second semi final, between Olympic Champions, the Netherlands and World Champions Argentina.

For those without access to a TV, the FIH live streaming service will have coverage of both semi finals.

Recent history suggests Great Britain's Champions Trophy semi final against Germany will be a thriller! In the 30 matches played between GB and Germany going back to 1978, Great Britain has come out on top 12 times, losing 15 and drawing just three.

Both Great Britain and England have met Germany on a number of occasion over the past couple of years. Great Britain's last matches against the Germans were two victories at Bisham Abbey in 2010, 3-2 and 2-1, while a Crista Cullen penalty corner double helped England to a 2-0 win the EuroHockey Nations Championships last summer. In the 2011 Champions Trophy, a single Alex Danson goal was enough to secure a 1-0 win for England.
