SHOW DATE: MONDAY 14TH MARCH

As you can see we have confirmation of our booking.

I have spoken to Wilfreda Beehive who are going to give me a quote for a small coach which will be for 29 to 36 passengers. I'm waiting for prices. I think we could leave Donny about lunchtime, so the "workers" would only need to take the afternoon off.

As soon as I know which coach is available, plus what it will cost to park it somewhere - I'll get back to you with what the trip will cost & we can get something on the Phoenix website.

We have a chance to be interviewed if we can find something a bit special to donate to the RT memorabilia wall. I nicked the North East (where I was on stewarding duty) corner flag from Rugby World Cup final between England & Australia in 1991 - I'll see if I can find it but if anyone has anything else............. Later DC

You need to arrive at our studios anytime between 5:45-7pm. The easiest way to get to the BT Sport studio is via public transport to Stratford (London) Tube Station or Stratford International Station. A BT Sport shuttle bus will collect audience members every 10-15mins from outside the entrance to the Premier Inn Hotel by Stratford International Station and drop them off at the BT Sport studio. If you are coming from the tube station, follow signs through Westfield Shopping Centre to Stratford International Station and if you are arriving into Stratford International Station exit on the Westfield Shopping Centre side. Unfortunately we cannot accommodate people who wish to drive to our studio car park, except under special circumstances. It is possible to park in the Westfield Shopping Centre (this costs £6.50 for 24hrs) and catch the BT Sport mini bus from there.

Should you require any special parking or access needs then please feel free to get in touch and we will make suitable arrangements.

The show is live on BT Sport from 8pm to 9.30pm. Once the show is finished the BT Sport mini buses will take you back to the Westfield Shopping Centre should you so wish.

There is a canteen onsite that serves food and drink (incl. alcohol), which has a free to use cash machine but also accepts card payments of £5 and over.

Unfortunately we cannot allow people under the age of 16 to attend the show. We are aware that on occasion there have been some under 16s present in the audience but these are people that are either part of the show or invited guests of our presenters. As such we are not able to open up tickets for our show to the public to people under the age of 16. Please accept our sincere apologies because we very much value all our viewers and fans.

Please let us know if you have any interesting rugby memorabilia you would like to donate. Remember, anyone can bring in a shirt or a tie but we are interested in the weird and wonderful items that have a great story attached to them. If our presenters like them, you may find yourself chatting to one of our rugby experts live on air!!
