We are currently undergoing a transformation of the Dover Ladies Rugby team, with a new coach, an experienced rugby players/coach. We are hoping to attract girls/ladies any size, any age, (15yrs onwards) any ability or build with a determined spirit!! Do not worry if you are not the fittest the Rugby will do that This season we are concentrating on training and general rugby knowledge, so if you do not know anything about playing rugby do not worry we will teach you everything you need to know. We hope to be competitive this season which has just started. Training is every Thursday at 7pm, so don’t be shy come and get fit and have a good crack doing it!!! Dover Rugby Club is a real family orientated club with a great social life and teams for all the family.
