To start the season how we mean to go on all senior players from everyone of our squads are invited to take part in our pre pre season training. This will also include all players moving into U16-18 section of the club. The sessions will involve some serious rugby fit, fitness with our wonderful fitness trainer Jacqui from Functional fitness. This will be followed with some touch games and skill develop practices.
The training sessions will be running from 7-8.45 each Wednesday for the month of June. Everyone is welcome to come and join in regardless of age, gender or skill level. The sessions will be a mixture of serious fitness, fun fitness touch games, skill development practices and plenty of laughs!! Come and get involved #extras #1club
