All members (Seniors and Juniors, including parents) are invited, however, we are mindful that not every member will be able to attend via a virtual meeting, and wish to try and ensure that all members will still have the opportunity to raise questions, nominate officials and place their votes accordingly.

NB: Non members are encouraged and welcome to attend - they will be able to raise questions but will not be eligible to vote.

Submission of Questions/ Nominees / Proxy Votes

If you have any questions, views or ideas on the way the club should be run, concerns about using ‘Zoom’ video conferencing for the meeting, or have an item you wish to be added to the Agenda please let us know.

Anyone wishing to stand or nominate someone for a club position, or place a proxy vote as you are not able to attend the meeting, should contact the Club Secretary by Tuesday 16th June. [secretary@dshc.org.uk]

This year wWe are encouraging members to send questions ahead of the meeting.
Reports have been published by email ahead of the meeting to allow all members time to read and raise any questions or concerns they may have ahead of the meeting. These questions will then be raised during the meeting on their behalf
(please see attachments for the reports).
Proxy Votes will be accepted from members who cannot attend the meeting
This is so members who will not be able to attend the virtual meeting, still have the opportunity to vote on the running of the club, and their vote will be recorded and included in the count.
Absent members who want to use their proxy vote should do so through the Club Secretary.
