Details of how to pay your Membership Fees for the Year
“We are delighted to keep Subs / Match Fees at the same level as they have been for the last 3 years and includes up to 30 training session a season - Fantastic Value for Money!
As with every year, we are keen to make paying for your hockey as simple and as manageable as possible. Hence, we are remaining with our one fee covers all hockey approach - though there are different options to pay this if you do not want to pay everything up front.
Cost of membership has been frozen for 3 years running so don't forget to pay at Hockeyfest on September 9th 2017 for the Early Bird Deals
If you have any questions about your options, do not hesitate to contact Peter Prendiville (Club Secretary) on email@example.com or to contact your captains; we are always happy to consider discussing "deals" so please do not take the option to just stop playing hockey because you think you cannot afford it.
Payment Levels for this Year are:
Social (only) Members - £15
Associate Members - starting at £50 for those that play in badgers or less than 10 Senior matches
Juniors open to all persons under 16 at September 1st 2017 - starting from £35
Students / Unemployed - starting from £50
Adults - starting from £90
Family - starting from £200 open to parents and children from the same family
The main options for payment are listed below though:
1. Make a payment direct to the Coaches on Wednesday Evening (Juniors) or your Captain (seniors) - cheques should be made payable to DSHC.
2. Pay directly across into the Bank Account - you must email firstname.lastname@example.org if you are doing this. BACS details are on the attached membership form.
3. Pay by cash to your captain
Note - Junior Members MUST also complete a medical form and hand this in with their Membership Form & please read Code of Conduct which is with the membership for Seniors and Juniors and copies can be found in the Document section of the website
