Dronfield 1st XV grind out a win at West Bridgford in top of table clash

This was a hard fought win for Dronfield against a determined West Bridgford side with both teams defences unbreakable. All the players involved were a credit to the club in terms of the commitment shown and the ferocity of some of the tackling. It was Dronfield who edged the game showing discipline in the last 20 minutes as the team scrummaged and rucked their way into the West Bridgford 22m area to give Will Moroney two drop goal opportunities which he dispatched superbly.
