10:30 Arrive Leeds Training Ground Kirkstall (Arrive changed and ready to play)
11:00 Kick Off Games - Min 3 games 20m each.
13:00 Games finish...... Players change to go to Headingley
14:00 Headingley Stadium- Pre match build up.
14:30 Yorkshire Carnegie v Mosely
16:45 Post match in the bar. Usually includes a couple of player appearances and a match review with John Bentley.

19.20 Arrive Sheffield Bramall Lane
19.30 Arrive Dronfield Rugby Club

Players will need to be changed into their rugby kit as we probably will not have time to change when we arrive at the training ground. Please do not wear boots on the bus. Please make sure players remember their boots and gumshields. Players will also need to bring their aftermatch shirts, ties,trousers and shoes.
Players and parents will be asked to pay £5 towards cost of bus. Max of £10 per family.
Player will get free entrance to game, don’t forget season ticket. If not recieved yet do not worry as alternative arrangements are in place. All Adult tickets are £8.50 as I have negotiated a 50% reduction on adult ticket prices.

Food should be available but not sure if players food free so can everyone bring money for food and refreshments OR bring own snap!

Coaches John Kilmartin and Bob Backhouse are looking forward to introducing the player to “tour rules” and will have numerous songs and games planned I am sure.
