Dudley Kingswinford Running Club has been established since 1984 and was first brought together by Dr Dick Blackburn as an affiliation to Dudley Kingswinford Rugby Club.
Since those days the club has grown into one of the leading West Midland running clubs with about 200 members comprising of Men, Ladies, elite and beginners.
DK Running Club is well known not just for running but for the local races we arrange and as a friendly sociable group with a common interest and love of our sport and fitness activity.
If you would like to join us, whatever your level or age (Over 16) you will get a warm welcome and fantastic motivation from a group of knowledgeable and friendly runners. If you are not a beginner and are no stranger to chasing PBs anything from 5K to Ultra Marathons, we would love to see you at DK with a "Blue Hooped" racing vest at races to raise our game.
Training Times
All training runs start from DK Rugby Club
*Nearly all training sessions are mixed Ladies and Men but are predominantly as described above
