International Tickets
DKRFC is affiliated to the RFU & we are allowed a predetermined number of tickets for home Autumn Internationals & Six Nations tickets at Twickenham.
Tickets for away Six Nations tickets are available on application but are in very short supply & the availability & prices of away tickets will be subject to the rules of the host union.
All members can apply for tickets & any fully paid member of Dudley Kingswinford RFC is eligible to apply. At least 6 months prior to all home Internationals a notice will appear on the clubs notice board. This will inform all members of:
- the dates of matches.
- the price of tickets available.
- the number of tickets of each price category available to the club.
- the date when the application form will be removed from the notice board.
It should be noted that any member who does not pay for their tickets with their application will not be allocated any tickets. All payments must be made payable to Dudley Kingswinford RFC.
If the number of tickets required by members exceeds the number of tickets available the applications will be scrutinised & allocated accordingly to meet the number of tickets available. This process will be completed when necessary by the ticket secretary & the senior rugby section secretary or club president.
To avoid disappointment all members are reminded not to over order and to only apply for tickets they need.
Whilst every effort will be taken to ensure that all members’ ticket requirements are met, it cannot be guaranteed that all tickets applied for will be of the value requested or that they will be seated together.
A few weeks after the closing date for ticket applications the RFU ticket office often sends an invitation for any additional ticket requirements. At this stage the Club can re- apply for additional tickets. Following this, any members who will not be receiving the tickets they require will be advised asap and reimbursed accordingly via the club. The ticket secretary will organise this.
Tickets will be sent to the club two to three weeks prior to the beginning of the International Series. The tickets will be allocated & distributed by the ticket secretary together with the repayment by club cheque of any monies owed in advance of games to all applicants.
The names of all members are recorded against the tickets & have been allocated. It is the responsibility of the individual club member who purchased the ticket to ensure that the ticket is not resold to any other none club member & that any tickets are not sold on to the Black Market. The penalties to the club applied by the RFU would be severe & cause the club’s ticket allocation for future seasons to be suspended for an undetermined period. The offending club member will be disciplined in accordance with the club disciplinary procedures.
Any tickets unsold or not required must be returned to the club ticket secretary for re-distribution to any member without tickets or returned to Twickenham by the ticket secretary. The original applicant will be refunded as necessary.
