Senior Membership
Types of membership and cost can be viewed under "Subscriptions".
A Membership Application Form can be downloaded below. Please fill in and hand to Roger Shakespeare with your payment.
Youth Registration Forms
Download in Word to fill in on your computer and hand in at the beginning of the season. This means that you will not need to fill them in again next year!
NEW FORM (electronic) Family Membership Form
This form needs to be downloaded, completed and emailed to:
dkyouthmembership@live.co.uk and copied to your team manager. You will also be required to print out a hard copy and sign it then hand to your team manager.
If this is the first time you have registered then you will have to fill in the RFU New Player Registration Form. The details are then registered on Rugby First.
Please Note: We require 2 passport size photos for all players from Micro to Under 17 for RFU Registration Cards. RFU Young Player Registration forms can be downloaded - see link below.

Complete online, save and use agaian next year. Print out and hand the forms with "Hand to Team Manager" on. If you are a new member then you will also have to fill in the RFU Registration form. Don't forget the Family Membership Form which is a separate Document.
