DK lads in North Midlands Under 20s

Arran Hudson and Connah Jones played for North Midlands in their final Midland Group game at Longton last night.

The hard fought victory over Staffordshire gave North Midlands a slim hope of reaching the Midland Group final. Arran has been an ever present in the North Midlands squad that completed their fixtures with 4 wins and only one defeat, unfortunately to NLD in the decisive group match. Connah was a late replacement but impressed the coaching staff. Both lads are, like many of this squad, young enough to play in the Under 20 competition next season. Also in the training squad was Greg Lewis but unfortunately University commitments prevented him from appearing in any game.
